How we make a difference
Real estate is local and we pride ourselves on being active members of the local communities in the areas that we serve. We have a philosophical belief that ownership of a home is truly the path to the middle class and we live by this core belief as we give back and teach people how to achieve home ownership. Examples of how we donate our time, money and teach are below as well as schedules of events that we have up-coming! We also partner with several local charities to donate our time and money to make an impact locally. Our largest support goes to Sweet Dreams Foundation, with every sale we donate a portion of our commissions to fund transformations to bedrooms for children battling terrible illness. We fund and help coordinate fully upgrading these children's bedrooms, it's an important cause to us!
Elevate & Sweet Dreams Foundation
Elevate has partnered with Sweet Dreams Foundation where we provide the funding/labor to transform children's bedrooms that are battling severe and terminal illness. Elevate donates a portion from every sale to ensure we can transform 4 bedrooms a year for children in the Sacramento region. We are incredible proud and honored to be part of such an important mission! Elevate has a mission to provide rooms for over 100 children over the next 5 years. You can take confidence you are doing business with a company that CARES and re-invests back into the local community, the way it should be!
