When we first met Steve we had a lot of questions about the various programs and services that Elevate Realty offered. Steve was very patient and fully answered all of our questions. The program that interested us the most was the service where we could buy another home first then sell our current home. One concern we had before all of this was how we would manage selling our home, then finding another home, where to store all of our household goods, where we would live while searching for another home, etc. The program that Elevate offered resolved all of our concerns. We were able to find a beautiful home in Texas, then purchase that home. Afterwords, have our belongings moved by a very professional team of movers. Even the cost of the movers was covered through the proceeds from the sale of our house so we did not have to come up with that cost up front. Overall, Steve and his team were wonderful and Christina is an absolute jewel. I fully recommend Steve and the Elevate team to anyone who may be looking to sell their home, especially if they are looking to get out of California..

We chose Elevate for their concierge service and we were not disappointed. They patiently waited for us to move our things into storage, and they swiftly arranged for inspections to determine what needed to be rectified before the house was put on the market. Their contractors showed up on time and worked diligently, saving us the hassle of having to get bids and wait around for appointments on multiple days. They arranged for our home interior to be painted, all necessary repairs made, deep cleaning the whole house, carpets cleaned, and the yard spruced up. They also arranged for the house to be staged. When the house was placed on the market, they held several open houses and marketed the home on several web sites.
