  • Does This Cost Me?

    NO this program is totally free for qualified customers. This is just an example of how we differentiate for our customers. 

  • What is a qualified customer?

    A qualified customer is a client who gets qualified with one of our partner lenders. This is very important, we trust our lenders to confirm a client is 100% qualified to buy based on the budget the client has. We will not use the program with lenders we do not have relationships with.

  • What if my loan is delayed?

    If your loan is delayed on closing then we will CLOSE on the home per the agreement we made with the seller. This is the advantage of our program, it gaurentees closing for the seller and differentiates your offer. 

  • What if i am selling as well?

    This program was specifically designed for clients who are also selling so that they could sell and remove their contingency for the sale of their home. This is the perfect program for this situation. 

  • What happens when you buy the home?

    We will go over this further when we meet but it is clearly defined what happens when we close on a home. You will have 60 days to complete the sale and purchase from us.

  • How do i get qualified?

    We will meet via zoom or in person to go over your goals, financials and timeline. Once we have a clear picture of your goals we will begin the process of qualifying. 

  • Do all homes qualify?

    Some homes may not qualify based on condition, price or home type. We will go over this together in our meeting. Homes over 1 million dollars are excluded from this program 

  • Can i move in if you buy the home?

    We have an option that allows for whats called "early occupancy" if we do purchase the home before you can close. There are specific terms and we can go over this.
