Reach out to elevate realty group and we will schedule a time to meet with you to discuss renovations and pricing strategies based on different level of renovations. Elevate's guidance on pricing strategy comes from 100's of sales and remodels.

Bid & Coordinate renovations.

Elevate Realty Group's team will utilize their vendor relationships to coordinate all of the bids for repairs and improvements. Utilizing Elevate's relationships on average saves 10-15% on pricing. Once bids are approved Elevate's team will coordinate and manage all vendors to completion.

List & Sell home for top dollar.

Once repairs are completed Elevate's cleaners, stagers, video team will make your home shine! This caps off the premier strategy to "flip your own home" and ensure that our clients net TOP DOLLAR. On average our remodeled homes sell for 10-15% more than not making any improvements.

  • What if my home doesn't sell?

    While RARE... The "what if" for your home not selling is a real fear. We sign a contract for repayment when repairs are completed on your home. Should the home not sell, you will have 30 days to pay Elevate Realty group back for all completed repairs. Detailed invoices are kept and provided. No compensation is due for elevate's time invested.

  • Can i pick the contractors?

    No unfortunately, unless it is for a specific item we would like bids on. The reason this program is so effective is our valued relationships with our vendors. We have been working directly with our vendors for years and spend 100's of thousands of dollars every year and receive 15-30% discounts. 

  • Can i do the work myself if i buy material?

    No we have been asked this before. Unfortunately we want only licensed contractors completing the work for your own benefit as we can provide a warranty to the buyer. All of our contractors and vendors will back their work 100%

  • How much does all this cost?

    Thats the BEST part of working with Elevate Realty Group. We charge NO INTEREST and no additional fee's for this added value. For the same cost as an agent who puts a sign in your yard and posts pictures we actually become your "partner" and assist in putting 10's of thousands more in your pocket.

  • Do you get "kickbacks" from vendors?

    Absolutley NOT this is actually illegal! We have far too much to lose to risk this, we do however get preferred pricing and HEAVY discounts due to how often we use our vendors and our long term relationships with them!
